At BluegreenMagic.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your carpet cleaning chemical order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

  • Returns are accepted for products shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [your contact email/phone] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. 

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds, except when the product is defective.

  • If the product is found to be defective upon inspection, the restocking fee will be waived.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed once the returned products are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 days after receipt of the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

  • We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
